HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Then the shipping method you selected applies. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS LOST AT YOUR MAILBOX OR SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS BECAUSE YOU DID NOT ENTER THE CORRECT ADDRESS.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

International shipping can take anywhere from 5-7 business days from  the time shipped. Once item is at customs there is a potential for an additional delay in time. We do not control customs and we are not able to check on your items. Customs will release your item when ready. Items with wrong address WILL be sent back to us by customs. In which you will lose your shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee.

 

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

 We have a 15 day return/exchange policy. That is 15 days from time of delivery to your location.

All items can be returned for an even exchange within 15 days

All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No exceptions.
